AI Assistant
Every figure in this product already exists in somebody's records; the work is finding it. The assistant takes the question as you would say it out loud — who was absent in August, what will the next payroll cost, how much leave has Maria left — and answers from your own data, scoped to what your account is allowed to see.

How it is used
A launcher in the bottom-right corner of every page. Type a question and read the answer off your own records. What it can answer depends on the account: an employee gets their own leave, pay, tasks and attendance; HR, Finance and managers get the company-wide questions their role already administers. Ask about something another role owns and it says which role to ask rather than refusing.
How it works, screen by screen
Every screen below is the real one, photographed from a working tenant, with the route it lives at so you can go straight to it.
- 01
Ask from wherever you already are
The launcher sits in the bottom-right corner of every page. The question is typed in ordinary words and answered off your own records — here, headcount broken down by department, without leaving the dashboard.
- 02
Ask about one person
Name somebody and ask what leave they have left, and the answer comes back per leave type, from the balances the leave module already computed. No report is generated and nothing is recalculated.
- 03
It declines what your role does not hold
A manager asking for another employee's payslip is told which roles hold it — Finance and HR Admin — instead of being handed the figure. The account's permissions decide the answer, not the phrasing of the question.
What it does
- Ask in plain language — it reads the dates and names out of the sentence
- Answers from your own records only, never from the open internet
- Scoped to your role: an employee sees their record, never a colleague's
- Says who to ask when a question belongs to another role
- Asks which you meant rather than guessing between two readings
- Downloads a document straight from the answer
How it connects to the rest
Nothing below is an integration to switch on. These are the same records, read and written by more than one module.
